Congratulations, Veronica & Matt!

Boy, I'll tell ya...... I've shot weddings in hot weather before, but yesterday was unbelieveable - I'm sure I could have won somekind of award for most sweat, and took me hours to cool down after shooting in the hot sun and humidy - yuck!

Despite the uncomfortable weather, Tonya, Jessica and I had the extreme pleasure to shoot and document the amazing wedding of Veronica & Matt. Another fantastic couple, and after seeing how hard Veronica worked to pull this wedding together on her own (as well as the stress she put herself through), it was so great to see it all come together so well and see her rid the weight of the world by the end of the evening! It was definitely a crazy day due to the heat and we had to work very quickly to keep people in the A/C as much as possible - I probably drank a gallon of water or more to keep myself hydrated. The ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful River Stone Manor in Scotia, with DJ services by the queen dj herself, Pam Pardee (who both did a great job!)

Due to the on and off pouring rain, we werent able to set up our normal reception slideshow in the tent, however am excited to share all the great images from the day with the friends, family and guests that attended this wedding. I'm only shooting 1 wedding this weekend (thank God due to the heat), and looking forward to relaxing today and keeping cool. I leave you with a few quick samples from our day with Matt & Veronica below! :)
